燃氣發電機組細化分類有哪些類型?

1、自然氣發電機組:是以自然氣為燃料的發電機組。自然氣的主要可燃成份為甲烷CH4,甲烷濃度普通為70%~97%,自然氣主要產自自然氣井或石油伴生氣經過輕烴回收后的工藝尾氣。自然氣發電機組主要用于有自然氣資源的氣田、輕烴回收企業及自然氣管線沿途可取得自然氣運用權的企業。
1. Natural Gas Generator Unit: Generator Unit Fueled by Natural Gas. The main combustible component of natural gas is methane CH4. The concentration of methane is 70%-97%. Natural gas is mainly produced from the tail gas of natural gas wells or petroleum associated gas recovered by light hydrocarbons. Natural gas generating units are mainly used in gas fields with natural gas resources, light hydrocarbon recovery enterprises and enterprises with natural gas utilization rights along natural gas pipelines.
2、石油伴生氣發電機組是:以石油伴生氣為燃料的發電機組。石油伴生氣的主要可燃成份為CH4、C2H6、C3H8、C4H10等,以甲烷CH4為主要成份,其含量普通在80%左右,石油伴生氣產自油井,因而,石油伴生氣發電機組主要用于有石油伴生氣的油田。
2. Petroleum associated gas generating units are: generating units fueled by petroleum associated gas. QQ截圖20171025151846.jpg3、發作爐煤氣發電機組:是以發作爐煤氣為燃料的發電機組。發作爐煤氣是炭和水蒸氣在少氧的爐膛中經氧化復原反響所得,發作爐煤氣的主要可燃成份為CO、H2,另外有少量的甲烷CH4等,其中CO含量普通在25%~35%左右,H2含量普通在6%~10%左右,CH4含量普通在2%~6%左右,CnHm含量普通在0.5%~3%左右,普通在發作爐煤氣中含有大量的硫、苯、奈、焦油、水份和一定的灰份,硫、苯、奈、焦油、水份和灰份對燃氣發起機運轉極為不利,發作爐煤氣進入燃氣發電機組前,必需停止預處置。

4、液化石油氣發電機組:是以液化石油氣為燃料的發電機組。液化石油氣的主要成份為丙烷C3H8和丁烷C4H10,液化石油氣主要產自輕烴回收企業,由于液化石油氣便于儲運,因而,液化石油氣發電機組可普遍地用于氣源價錢較廉價的地域。
4. LPG Generator Unit: Generator Unit with LPG as fuel. The main components of liquefied petroleum gas are propane C3H8 and butane C4H10. Liquefied petroleum gas is mainly produced in light hydrocarbon recovery enterprises. Because liquefied petroleum gas is easy to store and transport, liquefied petroleum gas generating units can be widely used in areas where the price of gas is cheaper.
5、高爐煤氣發電機組;應用煉鋼廠和煉鐵廠的焦化氣、 高爐煤氣和轉爐煤氣,經過除塵、脫硫和脫焦油處置凈化處置后,通入高爐煤氣發電機組熄滅做功發電。

6、煤層氣(瓦斯氣)發電機組:是以瓦斯氣為燃料的發電機組。瓦斯氣的主要成份為甲烷CH4,瓦斯氣源于煤田,普通有兩種獲取方式,一是空中鉆采,二是煤礦坑道抽排。空中鉆采的瓦斯氣其中甲烷含量較高,普通CH4含量為60%~95%,也稱之為煤層氣;煤礦坑道抽排的瓦斯氣其中甲烷含量較低,主要是甲烷與空氣的混合物,CH4含量普通為5%~50%;瓦斯氣發電機組主要用于大、中、小型煤礦和煤氣田。
6. Coalbed methane (gas) generating units: generating units with gas as fuel. Methane CH4 is the main component of gas, which originates from coal field. There are two ways to obtain gas, one is air drilling, the other is mine tunnel drainage. The methane content of air drilling gas is higher, the common CH4 content is 60%-95%, also known as coalbed methane; the methane content of mine tunnel drainage gas is lower, mainly the mixture of methane and air, the CH4 content is usually 5%-50%; the gas generating units are mainly used in large, medium and small coal mines and gas fields.
7、沼氣發電機組:是以沼氣為燃料的發電機組。沼氣的主要可燃成份為甲烷CH4,甲烷濃度普通為40%~65%,沼氣是生物質經厭氧發酵產生的,其主要原料為:家畜糞便、渣滓、污水、植物、動物脂肪和蛋白等有機物。沼氣發電機組主要用于養殖場、渣滓填埋場、污水處置廠、食品廠、酒廠、發酵廠、檸檬酸廠和造紙廠等企業。
7. Biogas Generator Unit: Generator Unit with Biogas as Fuel. The main combustible component of biogas is methane CH4. The concentration of methane is generally 40%-65%. Biogas is produced by anaerobic fermentation of biomass. Its main raw materials are: livestock manure, dregs, sewage, plants, animal fat and protein. Biogas generating units are mainly used in aquaculture farms, waste landfills, sewage treatment plants, food factories, distilleries, fermentation plants, citric acid plants and paper mills.
