1、輪軸

凸輪軸裝在機體V型夾角中央座孔內。按一定方位順序排列24個凸輪,驅動滾輪搖臂上下擺動,經挺桿及氣缸蓋上的氣門搖臂和搖臂橫橋,定時地控制著兩個同名氣門啟閉。

在瓦斯發電機組正常工作過程中,曲軸通過齒輪的傳動,帶動凸輪軸運轉。由于凸輪桃型曲線的原因,當某個凸輪的挑形與其對應的滾輪搖臂接觸時,該滾輪搖臂就以滾輪搖臂軸為軸心向上轉動,推動挺桿向上運動,將進氣搖臂一端頂起,另一端則下壓橫橋中部,橫橋兩觸頭與兩同名氣門桿頂部同時接觸,克服氣門彈簧阻力,將兩同名氣門壓開。當凸輪的挑形轉離與其對應的滾輪搖臂時,兩同名氣門就在氣門彈簧的作用下恢復到關閉狀態。
