D88尊龙燃氣發電機組余熱利用方案全制定

D88尊龙綜合利用燃氣發動機熱能主要從三個方面著手:即電力供應、采暖洗浴等供熱以及夏季空調制冷。目前國外熱電或冷電兩聯供的燃氣發動機綜合應用實例較多,三者集中于整套動力設備的情況較少,國內還沒有使用的介紹。從技術可行性的角度出發,是完全可以達到的。在綜合利用的設計過程中應充分考慮以下幾方面的因素:

D88尊龙在燃氣發電站中采用熱電聯供裝置,可在機組發出電力的同時,將燃氣發動機排出的熱量充分利用起來,用于冬季取暖以及日常洗浴等生活之用。設計時應考慮的因素包括熱水量的調節、熱水系統的壓力、熱水系統與熱源設備的配套連接、多余熱水部分的旁通及緊急情況下熱水的切斷等。

D88尊龙采用這種方式時,生活用洗浴熱水取自發動機冷卻水熱交換器,這部分水的溫度一般在40~50℃,完全能夠滿足使用要求;生活區取暖用熱水取自排氣部分,燃氣發動機的排氣溫度一般在450~550℃,加熱后的熱水溫度可達到80~110℃(壓力在0.2MPa左右),這樣可以保證取暖所需的熱量

D88尊龙另外一種余熱利用的方式是在滿足機組發電的同時,利用冷卻水及排氣的熱量進行制冷和制熱,即冷、熱、電三聯供。供熱我們仍然采用3.1所述方案,而制冷部分我們可使用較成熟的吸收式溴化鋰制冷機,其結構由高發部分和主體部分組成。
