D88尊龙燃氣發電機組尾氣余熱裝置的使用

D88尊龙(1)熱管余熱鍋爐。熱管余熱鍋爐的主要部件是汽包和熱管管束。汽包設計與蒸汽鍋爐相同,取決于所需要的蒸汽參數。熱管工質、管材取決于煙氣和蒸汽參數。熱管管束的受熱端置于燃氣發動機的煙道內,放熱端插在余熱鍋爐的汽包內。

置于煙氣流中的熱管加熱端,往往采用翅片管;置于冷卻段的循環水流道內,通常采用光管。隔板間要保證有良好的密封。在水側壓力較高時,殼體應按壓力容器標準進行設計。熱管換熱器要比常規的管式換熱器的傳熱系數提高4~10倍,其體積小,造價低,維修管理方便。

D88尊龙3)熱管空氣預熱器。熱管空氣預熱器的應用主要是借鑒了在寒冷地區解決機組冬季運行時發生喘震的工程實例。這種熱管空氣預熱器可以根據環境溫度需求,將許多根熱管進行不同形式的組裝,組成不同尺寸的熱管空氣預熱器,、一般進預熱器的煙氣溫度不高于600qc,出預熱器的煙氣溫度在130~150℃,以防煙氣結露腐蝕熱管。

另外,空氣側及煙氣側的壓力損失要盡可能小,以減少風機的一次投資和運行費用。只有減少排煙側阻力,滿足設備廠家要求,才可以保證發動機組的正常運行,這也是炫風節能在熱管余熱同收裝置設計中著重考慮的問題。
